Building on the success of its previous editions, The Selects brings the fresh perspective of emerging Korean talent to a global audience, kicking off in New York City from February 15, and landing in Paris until March 12.
At a moment where K-culture is enjoying an unprecedented influential position on world-wide audiences, the showcase brings a new reading of contemporary Korean fashion design thanks to a sharp selection of 9 up-and-coming designers, handpicked by industry leaders and insiders for the unique voices they bring to the fashion conversation.
The Selects’ Fall/Winter 2021 season will present C-zanne, EENK, eyeye, Hankim, NEUL, The studio K, Verso, Wnderkammer, and Youser – 9 promising brands, 9 novel perspectives that represent Korea’s vibrant creativity.
Due to the current global situation, The Selects offers a chic and sleek digital platform with a by-invitation virtual showroom that will also be unveiled from February 15 to March 12, hosted on the LENEWBLACK platform. Also, a one-to-one appointment can be scheduled to have a personalized journey through the Fall 2021 selection.
And as soon as circumstances allow, The Selects will bring back its rich program of physical exhibitions, pop-up stores, and parties – coming soon to a fashion hub near you.

After a celebrated Paris Fashion Week debut for SS21, HANKIM’s ultramodern vision of femininity combines flashes of wit and dreamlike inspirations. His FW21 collection, Fly me to the Moon, explores experimental tailoring, eye-catching Op Art prints and elongated ruffled silhouettes.
YOUSER’s signature graphic style is grounded in contemporary art and urban subcultures. Conceptual artworks and twisted prints punctuate their deconstructed play on volumes – flat planes collide with 3-dimensional geometries.
